Subscribe“The African Political Parties Summit has been highly impactful. My participation has shaped my perspective on the need for Africans to remodel our democratic systems so they reflect the realities and foundations of our countries. As Africans, we must embrace one another and accommodate opposition parties, because the goal should be the development of our countries, not the advancement of political parties. Ordinary citizens want to see progress, and that progress cannot be achieved when political parties are not coordinating and working together. I wish that all African political parties, together with their Heads of State, had attended the Summit and come together to develop a blueprint that speaks directly to the needs of the ordinary citizen.”
Why we exist
We help governments and civic actors strengthen governance through evidence, training, and partnership so prosperity and dignity are not reserved for the few.
