What began as a confrontation centered on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and regional security posture has rapidly expanded into a geopolitical crisis with implications far beyond the Middle East, affecting global energy markets, maritime security, and the credibility of international diplomatic frameworks. The AGC Global Affairs Forum provides a platform for examining these dynamics with analytical depth and international perspective. The inaugural forum will situate the war on Iran within the wider transformation of global geopolitics and assess its implications for global stability and African strategic interests.
